"Brian was very patient with us as we were pretty picky with choosing our first home. We looked for over a year before we found our home. He had great knowledge of the areas we were looking at and was always super responsive, even if we had dumb questions which I'm sure we did. We ended up purchasing a short sale and he was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole closing process. "Being a first time home buyer, Brian was able to guide us along . Brian has a lot of experience in many areas to the real estate. His knowledge was very helpful when it came to analyzing a home. He basically gave us the tools to make the best decision in choosing a home. I didn't want an agent who will just go a long with what I want but someone who will also inform me of things I may not see . Being a first time home buyer, sometimes you don't exactly know what to look for. We were just excited to find a house.One of the things that I really appreciated working with Brian is how accessible he was. Whenever I had a question I would just send a text or an email and I would get a reply in no time. We just had so many questions and Brian was very patient and clear when explaining to us. Brian also has a great supporting team behind him . They are on top of things and very resourceful. I would definitely recommend Brian to any of my family and friends if they needed an agent."
